Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the supply chain, from purchase order management to non-conformance tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end supply chain management 2. Purchase order preparation and tracking 3. Quality assurance for procurement and services Carry out assigned responsibilities as defined in the supply chain procedure. Prepare and issue purchase and/or service orders to suppliers in accordance with established procedures, and conduct respective follow-up. Ensure supplier delivery and tracking of purchase/service orders. Record, track, and report detected non-conformances in procurement and services to coordination for appropriate closure. Request quotations and perform comparative analysis. Comply with all guidelines and responsibilities designated by the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System.
