**Data Analyst:** We are looking for a talented individual to join our Data Analytics & Insight team at Marsh McLennan. This position will be based in Bogota - Eldorado. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. As a Senior Data Analytics & Insight Analyst, you will generate summaries and analyses of growth targets, revenues, solution penetration, and dashboards for monthly and quarterly reports. You will create modern dashboards and reports using visualization software to enhance user experience. You will prepare analyses and materials for executive meetings supporting strategic marketing and sales decisions. You will participate in standardizing reporting across all units and regions, conduct analyses to resolve data integrity issues, and manage the update process of sales targets to validate financial and operational reports.
