Knowledge required in the following areas: Hot kitchen. Cold kitchen. Buffet-style service line (customer service). Tableware washing. Pot washing. Requirements: Primary basic education or high school diploma Minimum 3 to 6 months of formal or informal experience (restaurants, hotels, and food casinos) Excellent personal presentation. Basic knowledge of cooking and mass preparation. Employment Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + transportation allowance + all statutory benefits. Availability to work Sunday through Sunday (morning, afternoon, and night shifts) with one compensatory day during the week.
