We are currently recruiting Logistics Assistants to strengthen our operations in Funza. If you hold a high school diploma, have experience in logistics processes, and seek job stability, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, this opportunity is for you. · WORK CONDITIONS Base salary: $1,810,000 + Legal transportation allowance 249,905 + All statutory benefits Night, Sunday, and holiday surcharges according to schedule Biweekly payments Estimated average monthly income between $2,800,000 and $3,000,000, depending on surcharges and overtime hours generated · SCHEDULES Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday Rest days according to schedule · Shifts: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. · MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Perform loading and unloading activities for goods Properly store and organize products Support picking, dispatching, and receiving of goods Participate in cyclic inventories and stock control Ensure proper handling and care of cargo Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas Use assigned equipment and tools appropriately Comply with the company’s established operational and safety procedures Support various logistics activities required by operations · REQUIRED PROFILE High school diploma Experience in logistics roles, warehouse operations, storage, loading/unloading, or related fields Availability to work rotating shifts Service-oriented attitude, commitment, and responsibility Ability to work in teams and follow operational procedures · BENEFITS Meals provided by the company according to assigned shift: Lunch for morning and midday shifts Snack for afternoon shifts Meal allowance for night shifts Free parking Job stability Excellent work environment Shift scheduling focused on employee well-being and quality of life Continuous training Genuine growth and development opportunities within a leading multinational logistics company · IMPORTANT Availability to work on Sundays, holidays, and overtime as operationally required.
