Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead teams, coordinate logistics processes including receiving, order picking, and dispatching, and ensure goal achievement in a dynamic environment. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to strengthen our team at the Siberia Industrial Park. Required Profile: Technical or technological degree in Logistics or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year of certified experience in logistics process supervision and personnel management. Main Responsibilities: Supervise goods receiving, organization, and placement. Coordinate order picking and ensure dispatches according to lead time. Conduct continuous monitoring of cyclic inventories (hourly and semi-hourly). Lead operational meetings and guarantee achievement of performance goals for assigned staff. Key Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools. Familiarity with WMS or warehouse management systems. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) Salary: $2.400.000 + statutory benefits + transportation allowance + overtime pay + food benefit.
