




Permanent, full-time $3,400,000 Hybrid work (until probation period is completed) Willingness to travel **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure comprehensive and timely management of Human Resources processes, providing cross-functional support to the organization’s various departments through execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, personnel administration, employee well-being, training, and regulatory compliance—thereby contributing to achieving the department’s strategic objectives. **GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead activities related to the recruitment and hiring process. * Timely register newly hired staff with social security. * Submit duly completed insurance policy forms to the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) department for processing with the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Provider (ARL). * Provide timely support to staff during the hiring process. * Prepare employment contracts for new hires. * Ensure proper completion of all forms associated with the process. * Manage the digital personnel file for each employee. * Issue corporate ID cards for new staff. * Process staff terminations due to employment separation. * Support logistics for training and well-being activities, as well as internal office events, ensuring efficient and timely implementation according to schedule. **Requirements** * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in staff recruitment and hiring, social security registration, ID card issuance, well-being activities, training, mail management, physical and digital file control, and internal customer service. * Willingness to travel (location: Norte de Santander). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Benefits** Indefinite-term contract.
