




1 Operate monitoring and communication equipment, verifying the technological signals emitted by them to analyze events generated by the risk management tool that may occur during service delivery in accordance with procedures and/or protocols established by the client or the company 2 Conduct specific surveillance as required by operations through the technological means provided for this purpose 3 Ensure communication integrity at all times, reporting all received and confirmed information regarding incidents and any other situations 4 Report various technical updates and issues within the system 5 Maintain constant communication with security supervisors (if applicable) for continuous monitoring of routes, events, and updates
