High-altitude safety training center located in Bogotá, D.C. is seeking a **TA Trainer** for its team. * Prepare topics already established by the fall protection training and education center for high-altitude work and assemble training materials, as well as inspect required equipment and components. * Communicate the associated risk analysis prior to conducting any training or educational activity, and inform both staff and trainees of these risks. * Deliver training and instruction in accordance with the training programs established by the center. * Address questions and concerns raised by trainees. * Document evidence and submit course results to the Operations Director. * Assess knowledge and skills acquired by trainees according to established passing criteria. * Monitor safety and health conditions during training. * Identify necessary training and instructional materials and inspect required equipment and components.
