We are looking for a proactive apprentice with strong service orientation and the ability to quickly learn our processes. The ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:
Academic Background: Student in the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Human Talent Management, or related fields, with formal approval from their educational institution (SENA or University) to begin their practical training phase.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn internal platforms or payroll/management software.
Soft Skills:
Assertive Communication: Ability to attend to requests from employees and candidates courteously.
Organization and Methodology: Rigor in handling files, confidential documents, and databases.
Adaptability: Positive attitude toward operational tasks and daily challenges within the department.
Ethics and Confidentiality: Responsible handling of employees' sensitive information.
Interest: Genuine interest in learning about recruitment and selection processes, occupational well-being, compensation, and organizational culture development.
