We are seeking a **Process Operator I – Syrup Preparer**, who will be responsible for preparing and supplying syrups for production lines, ensuring compliance with processes, technical specifications, and the company’s quality standards. What will be your mission? Prepare and supply the syrups required by production lines, ensuring each mixture meets established physical, chemical, and quality parameters, under strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and formulate syrups according to the daily production schedule. * Timely supply of required mixtures to production lines. * Verify that the product complies with established physical, chemical, and quality parameters. * Safely operate laboratory equipment and analytical measurement tools. * Maintain the preparation area in optimal hygiene conditions, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Comply with the company’s established safety, quality, and production procedures. Requirements Academic Background Candidates with any of the following educational levels are welcome: * High school diploma. * Technical or technological degree in: * Food Science. * Chemistry. * Pharmacy. * Industrial Production. * Quality Management. * Microbiology. * Biotechnology. * Environmental Sanitation. * Environmental Management or related fields. Experience * Minimum **1 year of experience** as a **Syrup Preparer, Mixture Preparer**, or similar position. * Experience in facilities such as: * Food and beverage plants. * Pharmaceutical laboratories. * Cosmetic industry. Knowledge * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Preparation of syrups or bulk liquid mixtures. * Operation of basic laboratory equipment. * Measurement and analysis techniques for mixtures. Additional Requirement * Valid Food Handler’s Certificate. * *If you do not have one, you may obtain it during the selection process.* Working Conditions **Contract Type:** Project-based or service contract. **Salary:** **$1\.954\.000** \+ all statutory social benefits. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), Monday through Saturday, with availability to work on Sundays when operations require it.
