Job Description We are looking for a receptionist. Receive and assist guests according to the brand’s style. Provide diverse information, aligned with guests’ needs and essential local practices. Place guests at the “heart” of everything we do, in order to deliver a unique and unforgettable experience, consistent with Accor’s service culture. * You will handle guest check-in/check-out, manage reservations, provide customer service and tourist information—the essentials of any front desk! * You will deliver exceptional service during every guest interaction and address guest-related situations by offering solutions that meet their needs. * You will proudly communicate the hotel’s storytelling, seek sales opportunities, and deliver a personalized guest experience. * You will work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. * You will support breakfast and bar services when required. * And other tasks assigned to support departmental operations and guest service. Requirements This is how we would like you to be: * A customer-service-oriented personality is essential; prior experience in this field would be a great advantage. * Fluent English is mandatory, as our guests are international.
