**Description:** ---------------- **JOB MISSION** Build, maintain, and optimize the AI agents and prompts that drive digitalization and operational process automation through Gnext, NGDS's platform. Your mission will be to translate real-world workflows into intelligent, reliable, and scalable solutions by combining generative AI, automation, and sound engineering practices. We are looking for a hands-on individual with a product mindset and a strong focus on technical quality who enjoys turning complex requirements into measurable and sustainable outcomes. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **Design and Development** * Design, develop, and optimize prompts, agents, and pipelines that automate operational processes within Gnext and for its clients. * Implement integrations with APIs, RPA, databases, and no-code tools (Make, N8N, etc.). * Standardize reusable prompt/agent templates and components with versioning and automated testing. **Quality and Deployment** * Test prompts and agents in controlled environments before production deployment. * Monitor performance metrics: latency, success rate, accuracy, and stability. * Document configurations, dependencies, and technical decisions to ensure traceability. * Collaborate in designing validations, human fallbacks, and post-deployment monitoring. **Cross-functional Collaboration** * Work closely with Product, Ops, and Delivery teams to translate functional requirements into actionable flows. * Actively participate in technical discovery and continuous improvement experiments. * Provide input on scalability, security, and maintainability when designing automations. **Requirements:** --------------- **Academic Background Requirements** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields. * Additional studies or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Process Automation, or Prompt Engineering will be valued. * Intermediate or higher level of English (B2+), especially for technical reading and documentation. **Minimum Required Experience** 2 to 3 years of experience in developing technological solutions or process automation. **Practical Experience in:** * Building prompts, AI agents, or automation pipelines. * Integrating with REST APIs, no-code tools (Make, N8N, Zapier), or RPA. * Using language models (LLMs), especially OpenAI API or frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent. * Testing, versioning (Git), and controlled deployment of components. **Technical Skills:** * Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain (ideal but not mandatory), or similar frameworks. * Practical knowledge of embeddings, retrieval, RAG, and LLM evaluation. * Integrations and automation: Make, N8N, Zapier, or REST APIs (ideal but not mandatory). * Version control, observability, and structured technical documentation.
