We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High School Diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience is acceptable. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night); it is essential to have a motorcycle for easy access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation services. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure protection of waste brand marks. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal Transportation Allowance + Statutory Overtime Pay + Statutory Benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation services; possessing personal transportation is mandatory.
