A reputable environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its workforce. We seek operational staff with strong physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in physically demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse work, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). A motorcycle is required for convenient access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation routes. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflow and outflow for inventory control.
