Job Summary: We are seeking committed operational staff with high physical stamina for material handling and production in rotating shifts. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements to Apply: High School Diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); having a motorcycle is essential for easy access to the industrial zone, as the company does not provide transportation service. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime premiums + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation; personal transportation is mandatory.
