




Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage vehicle availability and allocation, control operations, and ensure regulatory compliance within a mass-consumption company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive fleet management and operational vehicle control. 2. Data administration and preparation of management reports. 3. Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety. A prominent company engaged in the marketing and distribution of mass-consumption products, located in Funza, is currently seeking a Fleet Coordinator to cover a maternity leave. Candidates must hold a degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation-related roles and advanced Excel proficiency. · Responsibilities: Fleet Management: Ensure vehicle (urban and provincial) availability and allocation according to cargo type and customer requirements. Operational Control: Execute the rotation plan, supervise adherence to schedules, and coordinate daily with drivers and transport providers. Data Administration: Maintain an up-to-date database, register new vehicles, and record operations in internal applications. Monitoring and Reporting: Prepare compliance and management reports according to the Transport Department’s parameters. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards (HSEQ, BASC, SARLAFT), legal procedures, and fixed asset protection. · We Offer: - Contract for a specific project or task (maternity leave coverage) Salary: COP 2,700,000 + statutory benefits Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating shifts.
