Job Summary: We are seeking an expert forklift operator who is responsible for operating machinery and complying with industrial safety standards for loading, unloading, and internal transportation tasks. Internal transportation of waste and materials within the plant We seek personnel with expertise in operating loading machinery (combustion and/or electric), demonstrating high responsibility for material handling and compliance with industrial safety regulations. Requirements to Apply: Academic high school diploma. Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Course (Mandatory). Experience: 6 months to 1 year operating combustion or electric forklifts in industrial or logistics environments. Transportation: Must own a motorcycle; the company does not provide shuttle service. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday. Your Main Responsibilities: Execute loading and unloading of authorized vehicles following instructions from your immediate supervisor. Ensure technically correct stacking of pallets, bales, and big bags to prevent collapse or material damage. Perform internal transportation of waste and materials among different areas of the plant. Operate the forklift strictly adhering to load limits and supporting material compaction processes. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,850,000 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime pay + Statutory benefits. Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM). The company does not provide shuttle service; owning personal transportation is mandatory.
