




Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Coordinator to lead our team in recruitment, selection, hiring, payroll, and support in SSGST and Well-being processes. Our company is looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Coordinator capable of leading our team, responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, and payroll, as well as supporting SSGST and Well-being processes. · Position: Human Resources Coordinator Salary: 2,000,000 to 2,300,000 Contract: Indefinite-term Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. every fifteen days. · Main Responsibilities: - Design and implement human resource management strategies and policies aligned with the company’s objectives and goals. - Oversee the recruitment, selection, and hiring process. - Plan and execute professional development programs for our employees, fostering their growth and promoting a continuous learning environment. - Ensure optimal working conditions compliant with applicable legal and ethical regulations. - Monitor occupational safety and health policies, safeguarding the well-being and safety of our employees. - Administer and apply psychometric tests. - Schedule well-being activities. - Proficiency in office tools, especially intermediate-level Excel. - Payroll processing, medical leave management. - Social security settlement. - Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) follow-up. · COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION: - Degree in Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. - Knowledge of the Substantive Labor Code and current labor legislation. - Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Results-oriented mindset and strong strategic decision-making ability. - Capacity to broaden knowledge in the Human Resources field and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
