Job Summary: Leads and supervises warehouse operations, ensuring execution of picking, packing, receiving, and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and supervise the warehouse operational team. 2. Ensure order and safety at the CEDI. 3. Monitor staff training programs. Warehouse Leader Location: San Diego Industrial Park · This position performs floor supervision activities. Main Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the operational team to ensure correct execution of picking, packing, and import receiving. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Guarantee order, cleanliness, and safety conditions at the CEDI. Know, communicate, and enforce customer instruction procedures and policies. Monitor training programs for assigned staff. Create shift schedules. Other Tasks: Loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, sorting, and storing packages. Receiving returns, counting and confirming quantities, verifying accuracy of selected orders. Preparing and packing products safely. Palatizing boxes, creating shipping labels, and managing tasks according to established procedures. Education and Experience: High school diploma or technical training. 1 year of experience in logistics process supervision. Benefits: Indefinite-term contract.
