Job Summary: We are seeking an Online Operations Coordinator to lead and supervise the management and accounting treatment of e-commerce operations, ensuring financial integrity and adherence to service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the management, processing, and accounting treatment of online operations. 2. Ensure reconciliation of collections and efficient management of returns. 3. Guarantee the integrity of financial information in high-volume operations. We are seeking an Online Operations Coordinator to lead and supervise the management, processing, and accounting treatment of online channel operations in assigned countries. Ensure accurate reconciliation of collections, efficient management of returns, and control of banking disputes, guaranteeing the integrity of financial information and compliance with service level agreements (SLA) in a high-volume operation. The candidate must be a professional graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with 4 years of experience, including overall experience in accounting or financial operations areas; at least 2 years leading teams in large-scale retail/ecommerce companies. The candidate must have managed financial reconciliation for high-volume e-commerce operations, understand how to support a chargeback with a bank, and be proficient in moving data between a payment gateway and an ERP (SAP), ensuring regional financial statements accurately reflect collection reality. B1 English proficiency is valued; IFRS/IAS certification is desirable. Process improvement methodology certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma or similar) is desirable. Advanced ERP knowledge (SAP preferred). Proficiency in payment gateways (PayU, Place to Pay, Worldpay, d.local). Knowledge of file transfers via FTP (WinSCP). Experience handling sales databases.
