Job Summary: We are seeking a Basic Waste Management Operator to carry out operational processes including loading, unloading, collection, and machinery handling in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials 2. Operate compaction machinery and protect the waste brand 3. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness A leading environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its team. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for easy access to the industrial zone; no transportation route service provided by the company. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure protection of the waste brand. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM).
