Job Summary: We are seeking a Preparator to prepare, analyze, and internally release semi-finished products, ensuring adherence to production scheduling under established quality standards. Requires knowledge of basic chemistry and production processes We are looking for personnel for the position of Preparator, whose primary mission is to prepare, analyze, and internally release semi-finished products in process. The objective is to meet production scheduling requirements under established quality and safety standards. Main Responsibilities: Review production scheduling to request and ensure necessary raw materials. Receive, store, weigh, and prepare materials and batches according to the manufacturing plan. Perform weighing and operation of valves and scales for raw materials. Analyze product samples in the laboratory to optimize release and production timelines. Complete physical or virtual operational records to ensure process traceability. Conduct cyclic inventories of raw materials and work-in-process products. Identify and transfer samples to the central laboratory for generation of quality certificates. Profile Requirements: Education: Technical degree in production processes, chemistry, logistics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in production processes and batch preparation. Knowledge: Basic chemistry and handling of chemical substances. Competencies: Numerical analysis, critical analytical thinking, planning, organization, and teamwork. Working Conditions: Salary: $2,683,200.00 plus statutory benefits.
