Manage process improvements for production growth Role Purpose The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the plant operates efficiently by leading the production team, implementing management KPIs, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the plant team, fostering a collaborative work environment. Supervise production and maintenance processes, ensuring targets are met. Implement and monitor management KPIs (production, financial, commercial). Coordinate with management and report progress directly to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with industrial and environmental safety regulations. Manage process improvements to achieve production growth objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams of more than 50 people (mandatory). Knowledge of KPI management and continuous improvement. Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Residence near Funza. Key Competencies Leadership and people management.
