A prominent company is looking for a Wellness Analyst to strengthen human talent management by planning, implementing, and monitoring programs focused on employee wellness and development. Required Profile: Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with experience in organizational wellness and training management. Knowledge and experience in: Design and implementation of occupational wellness plans Management indicator (KPI) handling Monitoring execution and compliance indicators Training planning and scheduling Development of training and development strategies Data analysis for decision-making in human talent Main Responsibilities: Design, implement, and monitor the organizational wellness plan Define and monitor management and activity execution indicators Plan and coordinate training schedules Propose innovative training and development strategies Evaluate the impact of wellness and training activities Manage vendors and logistics for activities Prepare results reports and present indicators to management Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles Analytical skills and results orientation Organization and planning abilities Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate/Advanced Excel) Excellent communication skills We Offer: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $2,481,000 Growth opportunities Excellent work environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technological program 2 years of experience Keywords: analyst
