Position Summary: A major construction company is seeking a Construction Director for housing projects, responsible for organization, planning, direction, and technical and administrative control. Requires a CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR for its team in BOGOTÁ D.C. Requirements: Professional in Architecture or Civil Engineering, preferably with specialization in Civil Works Management or Project Management, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience as Construction Director for housing projects. Key Responsibilities: Organizing, planning, directing, controlling, and executing construction projects technically and administratively; participating in the development of construction scheduling. Ensuring compliance with: technical and quality specifications, schedules, performance indicators and targets, and reporting budgetary variations. We Offer: Job Stability! Working Hours: Monday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Half-day on Saturdays. Salary: Commensurate with salary expectations and experience.
