Job Summary: Responsible for the preparation, application, and finishing of metal parts using electrostatic powder coating, ensuring quality and uniformity standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality and uniformity standards in electrostatic painting. 2. Basic operation and maintenance of electrostatic painting equipment. 3. Quality inspection and control of consumables. * **Job Objective**: Guarantee proper preparation, application, and finishing of metal parts via electrostatic powder coating, ensuring compliance with quality standards, coating uniformity, surface cleanliness, and baking parameters required for each product. * **Job Responsibilities:** + Prepare parts for the painting process through cleaning, degreasing, and surface conditioning activities. + Perform sanding when part characteristics or finish requirements demand it. + Apply electrostatic powder coating, ensuring color uniformity, coverage, and thickness. + Carry out color changes and clean the painting booth following established procedures. + Operate the electrostatic painting booth and oven. + Verify baking parameters according to product specifications. + Inspect final finish quality, identifying application or adhesion defects. + Control efficient usage of paint and process consumables. + Verify that surfaces are adequately cleaned and degreased prior to coating application. + Maintain order and cleanliness in the painting booth, oven, and work areas. + Promptly report equipment or tool failures or anomalies. + Execute basic preventive maintenance routines for equipment. + Comply with quality, industrial safety, and occupational health guidelines. * **Company Description:** Operating in the metal-mechanical sector, with over 30 years of industry experience, specializing in metal transformation to produce components of diverse specifications—serving sectors ranging from oil & gas to decorative and finishing enterprises.
