




Position Summary: Provide comprehensive support for Human Talent processes, including recruitment, payroll, welfare, and training, ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Manages comprehensive Human Talent processes. 2. Ensures compliance with current labor regulations. 3. Designs and implements welfare and training activities. Execute and support all Human Talent area processes comprehensively: recruitment, selection, hiring, payroll, welfare, training, and separation, guaranteeing compliance with current labor regulations. Main Responsibilities 1. Attraction and Selection: Publish job openings, screen resumes, administer assessments, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding. 2. Hiring and Payroll: Prepare employment contracts, process social security affiliations, report personnel changes, and support payroll settlement. 3. Welfare and Organizational Climate: Design and implement welfare activities, conduct organizational climate surveys, and develop action plans. 4. Training and Development: Identify training needs, schedule training sessions, and monitor progress. 5. Inductions, re-inductions, and management of medical leaves. 6. Metrics: Track turnover, absenteeism, time-to-fill vacancies, and Colombian labor legislation, intermediate Excel skills, payroll software proficiency.
