Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to organize, direct, and control the distribution center operations, ensuring reliable dispatches and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. At Ajover, we drive sustainable solutions for the construction industry and are looking for our Logistics Supervisor. We seek a technician, technologist, or professional in Logistics, Logistics Management, or Operations Technician, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in similar roles within logistics, possessing leadership, planning, and organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. Position Objective To organize, direct, control, and monitor operations related to the management of the distribution center and/or finished goods warehouses and loading—from the moment merchandise is ready until vehicles depart from the loading platform—ensuring reliable dispatches, on-time delivery, and process efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise dispatch and warehousing operations Coordinate inventory management and budget control Ensure compliance with logistics processes and quality standards Manage the assigned team Monitor area performance indicators Ensure compliance with industrial safety, health, and environmental regulations Requirements Education in Logistics, Logistics Management, or Operations Technician Minimum two (2) years of experience in logistics Knowledge of warehouse management and cargo handling Inventory management and budget control Knowledge of industrial safety, health, and environmental standards Proficiency in BASC and BPM systems Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system Proficiency in WMS and PeopleSoft systems What We Look For In You leadership planning and organization results orientation effective communication strategic thinking numerical aptitude customer service Benefits Directly provided by the company: stability and growth within the company; transportation is available via main roads.
