For our operation in Madrid, Cundinamarca, if you are a professional or student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in maintenance management and competencies such as decision-making, working under pressure, and attention to detail, we are looking for you! Your Mission Guarantee the design, execution, and updating of maintenance and reliability plans, leading strategies for fault elimination, asset modernization, process optimization, and compliance with management systems. Support reliability analyses, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance services, lead projects, and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, safety, and sustainability standards at assigned plants. What We Look for in You Academic Background: Professional degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in maintenance management within industrial, automotive, or related sectors, leading preventive, corrective, and predictive programs. Ideal familiarity with and knowledge of the SMED method. Knowledge: Proficiency in PeopleSoft; project management; Good Manufacturing Practices; ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
