A prominent company in the construction sector is looking for a professional with a degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading portfolio and deed registration processes, preferably in the real estate or construction sector. We seek a highly organized individual with leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset, capable of ensuring proper portfolio control, timely collections, and accurate management of the deed registration process for projects. Main Responsibilities Portfolio Management: Coordinate and supervise customer portfolio collections. Design and implement strategies for portfolio recovery and delinquency control. Analyze account statements, aging of balances, and risk levels. Authorize payment agreements and monitor compliance with commitments. Prepare management reports and financial reports for management. Deed Registration Management: Coordinate the comprehensive real estate deed registration process. Monitor purchase-sale agreements and compliance with requirements. Manage required documentation with notaries, banks, and customers. Ensure adherence to deed registration and disbursement schedules. Supervise proper physical and digital document filing and control.
