BIC, the first non-bank financial institution certified as a B Corporation, is seeking a PROCESSES AND PROJECTS INTERN. Position Objective: Support the structuring of operations, helping our ideas become organized and scalable processes. Responsibilities: Quality management methodologies Process analysis and/or management Basic knowledge of project management (proficiency in Bizagi, Draw.io, or similar diagramming or modeling tools) Requirements: • Students in the final semesters of Industrial or Process Engineering, Quality, Production, Business Administration, or related fields. • Preferred: Fluent use of Office or G-Suite.
