




Seeking a System and Infrastructure Maintenance Leader for an Educational Institution, whose main responsibilities are; 1\. Identify and evaluate ICTs that are useful to improve administrative, logistical, and academic support processes. 2\. Carry out procurement processes for hardware and software 3\. Periodically perform activities related to equipment maintenance: * Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance of technological equipment at the Faculty. * Submit requests for acquisition of hardware and software according to the needs of the Educational Institution 4\. Provide technical support for hardware and software to users and during events organized by the Educational Institution 5\. Respond to requests for technological resources managed by the Faculty and record their assignment and/or loan. 6\. Conduct inspections of the Educational Institution's infrastructure, generating real-time reports for corrective action management. Profile: Graduate technician or recently graduated professional in Systems Engineering, Audiovisual, or related fields, with 1 to 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment, user training in software and institutional technology platforms (zoom, teams, among others), control and follow-up of requirements from request initiation to fulfillment and customer satisfaction, inventory management. Experience or knowledge in marketing is required (Not Exclusive) Work schedule from Monday to Friday and Saturday, 100% on-site, fixed-term contract, salary negotiable plus additional benefits Job type: Full-time
