Comprehensive management of procurement of goods and services An automotive sector company located in Funza is currently seeking a Procurement Assistant with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the administrative area managing operational processes related to procurement. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: 1,867,235 + non-salary food bonus of $300,000. Technical, technological, or university student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Main responsibilities include: Responsible for document management for customers, suppliers, creditors, and inspection, surveillance, and control entities. Supporting the accounting process on matters related to accounts receivable, suppliers, creditors, inventories, fixed assets, and other matters associated with this function. Responsible for the procurement process (receiving, supplier management, payments, and delivery) of general and specialized goods and services related to administrative, managerial, and financial processes.
