It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== **Responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System by reviewing requirements, mapping and updating processes, monitoring applicable national and international regulations, and tracking performance indicators to ensure continuous operational improvement and compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory standards. * Train and raise awareness among associates regarding the importance of meeting customer requirements and their commitment to the QMS, guiding documentation, maintenance, control, and improvement of the system. * Lead and establish monitoring, control, and improvement plans for various processes, identifying improvement opportunities, negative trends, and corrective action needs to enhance operational and QMS efficiency and effectiveness. * Administer the CAPA system: lead root cause investigations, establish and track corrective and preventive actions arising from issues identified through customer complaints, in-process inspections, internal and external audits, and performance indicators. * Be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and participating in activities specified under the Quality Management Systems and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Bacteriology / Pharmacy / Microbiology or related field. * Minimum five years’ experience administering quality management systems and operations in Distribution Centers within the healthcare sector (medical devices, diagnostic reagents, pharmaceuticals). * Advanced English proficiency. * Current sanitary regulations. * Knowledge of ISO 13485 standard. **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
