First-level technical support for company equipment and systems. 2. Knowledge of LAN/WLAN network administration; VLAN switches. 3. Ensure daily sales files are generated with the date corresponding to the day of sale on the server. 4. Respond promptly and specifically to requests and requirements. 5.
