Main Responsibilities: Ensure food service at the assigned location, meeting client requirements. Ensure high-quality customer service. Ensure compliance with control indicators, quality standards, and HSE policies. Supervise operational and administrative processes in the kitchen area. Requirements: Academic Qualifications: Technical or technological degree in Culinary Arts. Training in menu and dish development and presentation. Knowledge of preparing national and international meals. Experience: Minimum 1 year in roles such as second-in-command in the kitchen or similar positions. Experience in cost management, inventory control, budgeting, quality standards, and personnel management. Competencies: Results orientation. Impact and influence. Service orientation. Leadership. Decision-making. Problem-solving. Working Conditions: Salary: 2.328.581 Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
