




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional in Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering with experience leading human talent processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. We seek a professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in this role, leading human talent processes while ensuring regulatory compliance, positive workplace climate, and efficient end-to-end Human Resources operations (payroll, incidents, contracts, personnel movements), aligned with organizational strategy and corporate guidelines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES -Talent Planning and Attraction: Maintain full staffing levels versus personnel turnover. -Development and presentation of key indicators: turnover, absenteeism, staffing coverage, net operational staffing, payroll cost and expense, etc. -Maintain optimal labor relations and organizational climate. -Proven, in-depth, and up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation (employment contracts, labor reforms, dismissals). -Payroll and personnel administration. -Strengthen organizational culture and talent capabilities. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. EXPERIENCE: -Have built an HR department from the ground up. -Have served as HR Manager in companies with staff sizes up to 100 employees. -Have been responsible for the full employee lifecycle (E2E). -Have served as Business Partner for middle management (Managers and Supervisors). -Have managed key HR metrics (payroll cost, productivity, turnover, etc.) Immediate availability to work and residence in areas adjacent to Siberia.
