Job Summary: We are seeking an HSE Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of the OHSMS, environmental management, and achievement of performance indicators in a manufacturing company. Develop training plans and manage PPEs We are a manufacturing company currently seeking an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) professional with a valid license and availability to work at our production plant in Funza, Cundinamarca: Position: HSE Analyst Work Location: Santa Lucia Industrial Park, Funza (Cundinamarca) Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; availability for one Saturday per month (half-day, overtime applicable) Salary: $2,300,000 + 300,000 variable based on indicator achievement + statutory transportation allowance Payment: Monthly Responsibilities: Support the implementation and maintenance of the OHSMS. Ensure document updating and control for the area. Prepare documentation for ISO 45001 audit. Coordinate activities with the ARL (Labor Risk Administrator). Develop training plans. Support basic environmental management at the Funza site. Monitor adherence to the annual OSH schedule. Ensure compliance with all system-mandated programs. Distribute and monitor PPE usage. Monitor and ensure compliance with performance indicators. Notes: We do not provide shuttle services or cafeteria facilities. Workplace: On-site employment
