Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator with experience to lead e-commerce operations in the textile/retail sector, managing orders, inventory, carriers, and reverse logistics. Responsible for end-to-end order and logistics management A manufacturing and retail company specializing in men's apparel requires a Logistics Coordinator for its E-COMMERCE business unit. Professional Profile Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 3 years leading e-commerce operations (preferably in the textile/retail sector). • Systems and Software (Mandatory): • Expert proficiency in the SHOPIFY platform. • ERP SIESA experience (Commercial Module). • Advanced Excel Main Responsibilities: 1. Order Management: Supervise the full order flow in Shopify and ensure proper integration/invoicing in Siesa. 2. Inventory Control: Guarantee stock availability 3. Logistics Operations: Request products from our distribution center via requisitions and track fulfillment to ensure adherence to established timelines. 4. Carrier Management: Schedule pickups, track waybills, monitor delivery times, and resolve exceptions. 5. Reverse Logistics: Lead agile exchange and return processes.
