Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and committed Logistics Operations Coordinator to plan, track goods receipt and shipment, and manage reports and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the planning and tracking of goods receipt and shipment 2. Prepares inventory control and operational performance reports 3. Maintains the branch documentation organized and up to date We are looking for a professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, or Logistics specialization — dynamic and committed — to join our team as Logistics Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for: Planning and tracking the receipt and shipment of goods and products according to customer requirements. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports required for inventory, personnel, and operational compliance control. Preparing, submitting, and presenting monthly reports to senior management on results achieved regarding performance, productivity, and branch compliance. Maintaining organized, timely, and reliable physical and digital branch documentation across organizational functional areas (operations, human resources, occupational health and safety, environmental, etc.). Specific knowledge in: Logistics and inventory Food industry Intermediate Excel Operation application or software proficiency Your ability to persuade and communicate effectively will be essential to motivate and guide your team toward success, and your experience in personnel management and conflict resolution will be critical to maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Fixed-term contract Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week — availability to work on Sundays and holidays when operations require it Transportation allowance and all statutory social benefits If you have at least 2 years of prior experience coordinating logistics, production, or supply chain processes and managing personnel.
