Staff will be responsible for performing various assigned tasks and must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions efficiently. **Requirements:** · Residence in Engativá, Suba, or nearby areas. **Required Skills:** · Agility and dexterity in handling products. · Ability to maintain an organized environment. · Leadership and decision-making skills. · Teamwork and willingness to collaborate with colleagues. **Academic Qualifications:** · High school diploma. **Required Experience:** · Prior experience in food handling. · Knowledge of inventory management and work in cold rooms. · Experience in warehouse operations within the food industry. **Working Conditions:** · Salary: Current legal minimum wage + statutory benefits + transportation allowance + overtime pay. · Schedule: Monday through Saturday, including holidays, with possibility of overtime. Work hours are managed under **rotating shifts**, within the time frame of **6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.**, according to operational scheduling.
