Job Summary: A prominent company is seeking a DYD Manufacturing Processes Assistant to perform grinding, chamfering, manufacturing, and adjustment of parts and tools in the automotive and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Rectification and chamfering of parts to meet special specifications 2. Manufacturing and maintenance of molds and dies 3. Preparation and conditioning of machines and tools A reputable company engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of rubber and metal components for the automotive sector and general industry requires a DYD Manufacturing Processes Assistant to join its team in Mosquera, Cundinamarca. Main Responsibilities: · Grind parts to achieve special dimensional tolerances on materials · Chamfer plates to provide specific contours to materials · Manufacture cylindrical parts for molds or dies · Support the fitting and finishing of new molds and dies · Perform maintenance of tooling (molds and dies) · Prepare machines and tools for scheduled operations and programming · Condition various types of tools for material processing according to required operations and equipment used, to achieve specified profiles and quality standards · Archive, control, and preserve all accessible records (both magnetic and physical) in accordance with the Records Control Procedure Requirements: Technical or technological degree in chip removal machining, mold and die manufacturing.
