Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate on construction and renovation projects for commercial premises. 2. Conduct surveys, produce plans, renders, and photomontages for projects. 3. Manage plan modifications and estimate material quantities. An architecture firm specializing in construction, renovation, and adaptation of commercial premises and banking halls is seeking to hire a **technical specialist / technology graduate or final-semester architecture student**, a professional with 2 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite. **Responsibilities:** · Conduct site surveys and produce plans for each project. · Prepare renders and/or photomontages based on on-site surveys. · Implement changes to original plans according to client-requested modifications. · Assist in identifying material quantities required (facades, roofing, flooring) as a complement to the Internal Budget (IB). · Site visits. **Requirements:** **Education**: Technical diploma, technology degree, or university degree in architecture / professional qualification. **Experience**: 2 years (professional). **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. **Salary**: $2,300.00 + statutory benefits. **Position Type**: Full-time.
