Recognized globally as the benchmark for quality and integrity, we have over 95,000 employees and a network of more than 2,400 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** Act as a liaison between the Sector Coordinator and the organization’s support departments, interacting with the latter to ensure fulfillment of requirements. * Monitor and manage requirements and ensure their timely delivery. * Support the delivery of various requirements to the sector, accompanied by the corresponding delivery receipt. * Maintain documentary records of delivery receipts and administrative assets (vehicles). * Update various fleet management dashboards and control systems—covering both owned and third-party fleets—with performance indicators and scheduled alerts. * Keep fleet-related information up to date across the company’s various information systems. * Validate national-level vehicle towing expenses, along with their respective requests. * Serve internal customers. * Manage physical documentation for both owned and third-party fleets. * Interact with sector personnel to ensure they have all necessary resources for the effective operation of their assigned fleet. * Assist the immediate supervisor with any requirements related to ensuring smooth departmental and sector operations. * Identify corrective, preventive actions, and improvement plans within the strategic road transport management plan for both owned and third-party fleets. * Monitor and manage proper use of the company’s parking facilities. * Conduct vehicle relocation activities via driving, when required for administrative operational needs. * Perform other duties assigned as inherent to the position. **Requirements** Academic background: Technical qualification or final-semester student in administrative disciplines. Experience: Six months’ experience in logistics, procurement, or resource administration. **Additional Information** Indefinite-term employment contract
