




Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive customer management—from prospecting and preparing quotations to closing sales and providing post-sales follow-up—ensuring excellent customer service. Prepare quotations, advise on products and services, and close sales. Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and track purchase orders. Maintain up-to-date customer databases and documentation. Monitor sales performance, accounts receivable, quotations, and post-sales service. Address customer requests, inquiries, and complaints. Identify new business opportunities and support achievement of commercial objectives. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, sales, or customer service roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in office software and digital platforms. Strong organizational ability. Must reside in the Bogotá savanna region.
