This role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The analyst reviews cost estimates, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for accuracy, and prepares bids and reports to advise management on contractual obligations. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. * Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. * Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Prepares bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data and maintains historical information. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Bachelor's degree * Fluent in English, both written and verbal * One or more years of relevant experience in contract management * Knowledge working with MS Office \- Excel * Previous work with multinational companies is advantageous **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. **Benefits \& Compensation** ============================ **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
