




Job Summary: We are seeking an expert in comprehensive payroll cycle management, labor regulations, and administrative control to ensure accuracy in payroll settlements and legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the full payroll cycle and manage social benefits. 2. Provide legal support in hiring and disciplinary processes. 3. Ensure compliance with Quality standards (ISO). We are seeking an expert in comprehensive payroll cycle management, labor regulations, and administrative control. The primary objective is to guarantee accuracy in the settlement of labor claims, compliance with social security obligations, and legal support in hiring and internal organizational processes. Key Responsibilities 1\. Payroll and Compensation Management (Core Function): * Lead the full payroll cycle: from receiving updates (e.g., medical leaves, overtime, permissions) through calculation and timely payment. * Manage the calculation of social benefits (bonuses, severance pay, severance interest) and final contract settlements. * Prepare the monthly Electronic Payroll Report and process social security and parafiscal contributions. * Prepare analytical reports on variations (hires, terminations, allowances) and maintain the personnel database up to date. 2\. Legal Support and Hiring: * Manage personnel hiring under the Service Provision Order modality. * Provide administrative support in handling disciplinary processes, following directives from Management. * Safeguard and audit employment records (physical and digital), ensuring compliance with legal documentation requirements. * Guarantee timely delivery of institutional work equipment to staff, ensuring required documentary records for audits and compliance with occupational safety and health standards. 3\. Control and Quality: * Supervise adherence to working hours and schedule vacation plans across all departments. * Lead the procurement, distribution, and control of institutional work equipment. * Ensure compliance with Quality standards (ISO), updating documents and disseminating processes. * Conduct on-site audit visits to verify compliance with internal processes using checklists. Profile Requirements * Education: Professional Technician degree; currently enrolled in the 6th semester or beyond in administrative and/or accounting programs. * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum \[2 years] leading payroll processes, including use of the payroll module in WordOffice or similar accounting ERP systems. * Technical Knowledge: Advanced Excel proficiency, payroll software (WordOffice), and current legal regulations (UGPP, DIAN, Ministry of Labor).
