Ensure compliance with applicable local and regional standards, policies, and procedures governing technology processes for countries and partners. Implement digital solutions and technology adoption initiatives that reduce manual effort in operations, mitigate operational risks arising from exponential operational growth, and provide reliable, timely information to support decision-making. **Professional Requirements for the Position:** * University degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. * Postgraduate studies: Specialization or Master’s degree in Technology, MBA, Administration – Quality Management Systems – Project Management, Human Resource Management – Operational Model Design. * Approximately 10 years of knowledge and experience in the financial, technology services, or insurance sectors.
