This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Human Resources Analyst responsible for ensuring the execution of welfare, staffing, catering, benefits, budgeting, logistics, training, team management, public speaking, and extensive interpersonal interaction. **Requirements** ------------------ Technical degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Minimum two years of experience in this role; proficiency in office tools, with emphasis on Excel and additional automation skills. Experience in: HR processes, with focus on (staffing management, inventory control, comprehensive welfare topics, budget management, people management, communication and public engagement, dynamism, and proactivity). On-site work, Monday to Friday, in Bogotá. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Must be highly dynamic and creative, skilled in people management, self-directed, proactive, proficient in office tools, with extensive experience in welfare, public interaction, and team leadership; ++ additional expertise in automation.
