**Job Profile** * Occupational Health and Safety Professional with a **valid professional license**. * Desirable experience working with **operational staff**. * Up-to-date knowledge of current **Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations**. * **Ability to build strong relationships with various departments** and promote a safety culture. **Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor the **Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS)** in accordance with applicable regulations. * Conduct safety inspections, safe work observations, and follow-up on corrective actions. * Identify hazards, assess and evaluate risks associated with operational activities. * Participate in investigations of incidents, accidents, and near-misses, producing analyses and improvement proposals. * Prepare reports, documentation, and records required for internal or external audits. * Develop and deliver OH&S training sessions, toolbox talks, and inductions for operational and administrative staff. * Support emergency management, action plans, and drills. * Coordinate activities with operational, administrative departments, and contractors to promote a safety culture. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
